The Aging Process and Time by Patrice F Dassonville in PRJFGS in Lupine Publishers.

First of all, let's see why aging is a consequence rather than a cause., through three examples:
    a) The gradual staining of teeth does not result from aging; instead of that, it's a prodrome of aging.
    b) Wrinkles are not the result of aging; they appear when cells have exhausted their ability of scissiparity. We can say that wrinkles are one of causes of aging among others (inter alia)
    « Wrinkles (observed reality) « ⇒ aging (concept) »
    c) Osteoarthritis is not the result of aging; it results rather from antecedent factors. In fact, aging is a consequence of osteoarthritis:
    « Osteoarthritis (observed reality » ⇒ « aging (concept) »
Wrinkles and osteoarthritis are syndromes of aging
Medicine draws a distinction between chronological age, which is expressed with time units, and biological age, which depends on the physical health of an individual, and which is expressed in units of estimated time. For non living things, such as artifacts, we have introduced the expression "technical age".

Lupine Publishers-Open Access Journal of Oncology

Long time ago it was wrongly thought that tumor genes and cells are only existence in the exact tumor site. In spite of the fact of the hypothesis that circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are a fundamental prerequisite to metastasis ( first projected in the 1896 by Thomas Ashworth, an Australian pathologist, ) and the presence of cfDNA report in human plasma by Mandel and Metals in 1948, liquid biopsy were totally ignored till 1977. In 1977, researchers made the novel observation that cancer patients carried cell-free DNA in their peripheral blood which was Initial progress on further of liquid biopsy. Without a doubt, significant progress was not made until recent years with the advent of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology, which significantly improved the sensitivity and specificity of ctDNA detection. Interestingly, research in this field of liquid biopsy has entered a “golden age” in which the huge potential of liquid biopsy main components including CTCs, cfDNA and exosomes make tumor diagnosis and treatment much clearer than before. Liquid biopsy tests are fast traction as a viable substitute to traditional diagnostic tests for cancer. It has the potential to facilitate detect cancer at earlier stages, present a less-expensive and less-invasive way to monitor patients throughout treatment, and can help doctors make better decisions about which drugs are the best fit for personal patients.

Nanomedicine open access journal- Lupine Publishers

Nanotechnology employs substances comprising particles of one to 100 nanometres (nm) in size [1,2], in other words, finely powdered ‘dusts’. These are generally manufactured, and do not occur in nature, although natural materials of small particle size are included in the definition.
Nanomaterials reputedly display ‘unique phenomena’, offering economic potential through manipulation of nanoparticles for novel applications [3]. Hence nanotechnology requires study and ‘fine-tuning’ of atomic, molecular and macro-molecular materials, whose properties may vary from those manifested by materials in ‘bulk’ dimensions [4]. These aims imply existing (and growing) expertise regarding the required ‘fine-tuning’ processes and suggest that manipulating nano-dusts will create benefits for society, in technological and, for instance, medical, applications.

Lupine Publishers-Journal of Textile and Fashion Designing

Designers create products, services and systems to fulfill the society’s needs and desires. The adoption of Information Technology (IT) has changed the way designers develop new products. The collaborative work environment is a new paradigm of product design that integrates designers to quickly build, evaluate, optimize and select the best solution to complex problems [1]. In the last 20 years, internet has changed the way people communicate. The first era (1995), internet was an integrated hypermedia, in the second era (2000) internet had a programming media approach, that changed to people’s web service in the third era (2005), and the fourth era - which encompasses nowadays – represents a new level of organization and management of the entire value chain on the products’ life cycle. The Industrie 4.0 or Fourth Industrial Revolution is an integrative cyber-physical system based on modern control systems, embedded software systems and Internet addresses. This industrial revolution is based on improvement of brainwork, especially in engineering activities, and fast decision-making.

Combined Digital and Traditional Bite Registration - Lupine Publishers

Combined Digital and Traditional Bite Registration by Sadek Bakdach in MADOHC - Lupine Publishers

A high percentage of dental restorative procedures failure is attributed to the failure of maintaining the patient's occlusal patterns, and this fact becomes more and more valid as the restoration is more and more extensive. Our need to evaluate the distribution and the quality of occlusal forces is of a growing importance along with our growing knowledge of the masticatory system's sensational perception in the Central Nervous System, keeping in mind that the CNS potential adaptation is of a limited capacity and this is related to some individual factors of the patient (age is a major factor).

The authors note that currently in the country from the total turnover of land large areas are excluded that are unsuitable for agricultural production because of the construction of individual buildings and structures, the rise of the groundwater level, the development of various types of erosion and for both reasons. At the same time, there is an acute shortage of water in the country. Consequently, through the introduction of scientifically significant advanced irrigation technologies and methods of agricultural techniques (minimum depth) of soil treatment, it will allow the development of additional areas of sloping terrain, which will enable it to cope with this problem and achieve its goals. Single mother cannot produce benefit properly which is required to children, playing, and other food source into energy. Researcher has been looking for simple and effective ways to deliver benefit into the children who have a single mother to child by their choices as well as single mother has to her choice. The most common one is taking orally that has financial support from organization which is privately manage and ruled out by under the surveillances of Pharmacy council of India. However research shows that is easily broken down by the system. This problem has solved by using intervention by secretarial level department of health research (DHR) government of India. These can be done by binding pharmacy council of India by department of health research with government of India. The encouragement is protected with monthly salary that has single mother by choice which is service privately manage under the influence pharmaceutical Institutions which is linkage of slums and rural area in India. Preventive Dentistry (MADOHC)-LupinePublishers

Preventive Dentistry by Michel Goldberg in MADOHC in Lupine Publishers

The mouth is essential for eating, drinking, speaking, and communicating, for tasting, breathing and the immune system. It is a window enlightening the health of the body. It can elucidate signs of nutritional deficiencies or general infection. Regular dental examinations and adapted oral hygiene visits contribute to oral health. Dental cares by brushing the teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, is associated with the replacement of the toothbrush every three or four months combined with the ingestion of a balanced diet. A regular check-up keep the smile and contribute to a good oral health. More than brushing and flossing, dental health is maintained by oral cares.

The Internet of Things is a concept that has been heard quite a lot in recent years, a concept that slowly emerged, but over time it has experienced a booming growth that was then adopted not only by giant IT companies, offering according to the directions of each company that adopts the corresponding services and applications to the end user. Undoubtedly this technology has come to stay for a long time, it has come to improve our living conditions and to simplify habits and functions that required time and many times difficulties. The Internet of Things is almost everywhere around us from the super market to the cars we drive, our everyday life is going easy and we are happy to live with, but there are two important points that we should consider:
a) Uncontrolled product design based on the Internet of Things.
b) Access to data managed by Internet of Things are inaccessible by the users.
According to the above, important questions arise, such as:
a) How and where these devices store and manage the data now?
b) How and where these devices store and manage data in the future?
c) What personal data are collected and for whom? To know more click on below link.

Do you really know what Periodontal Disease is? by Jose Ricardo Kina in Modern Approaches in Dentistry and Oral Health Care in Lupine Publishers (MADOHC)- Lupine Publishers

Do you really know what Periodontal Disease is? by Jose Ricardo Kina in MADOHC in Lupine Publishers

The etiology includes the sum of evidences related to the causes of a disease. Majority of all forms of periodontal diseases, are considered as microorganisms-induced dependent. However, it is improbable that bacteria alone cause periodontal disease. The etiological concept of the inflammatory periodontal disease is an exceedingly complex interaction of bacteria and predisposing risk factors. The predisposing risk factor may be an inherent characteristic associated with an increased rate of a subsequently occurring disease, but does not necessarily cause the disease. In periodontal disease, the predisposing risk factors may be defined as local environmental factors, behavioral factors in nature and systemic factors, which may be responsible in providing an ideal environment for bacterial colonization and/or fragility in a determinate tooth or teeth and adjacent periodontal tissues and/ or interference in the inflammatory process. Local environmental factor may interfere in the fragile equilibrium of the gingival sulcus defense by favoring microbial colonization and growth or/and altering the local susceptibility of the periodontal tissues to be damaged by the bacterial onslaught.

Looking at Patients and Listening to Patients in Time of Technological Innovation (MADOHC)-Lupinepublishers

Looking at Patients and Listening to Patients in Time of Technological Innovation by Luciana de Barros Correia Fontes in Modern Approaches in Dentistry and Oral Health Care in Lupine Publishers
We are in a globalized world, with fast and extensive changes, particularly   in   the   appropriate   use   of   technology   in   medical   problems.   The   search   for   early   diagnosis   and   treatment   goes through a range of increasingly complex exams and interventions, based  on  technological  advances.  Smart  phone  interaction  has  the  pontencial  to  improve  clinical  case  discussion,  for  example.  However   some   controversies   persist:   Are   these   advances   also  associated with patients satisfaction with quality of care received, according   to   their   needs   and   perspectives?      Several factors affecting negatively the effective communication between patients and  health  professionals  as  the  limitations  imposed  by  listeners  and difficulty developing language skills and understanding. In the  context  of  what  has  been  described  previously,  looking  at  the  individual and effectively understanding beyond first impressions represents  one  of  the  fundamental  basis  for  healthcare,  but  not  usually.
